Will it spit water on a white shirt?+
The plate vaporizes steam twice and holds a steady temperature so you are not painting wet spots. Steam stops the moment you let go of the button.
Can I use it on silk or wool?+
Yes, with ordinary care. Steam wool and synthetics from the reverse. Put a cloth over silk. Do not steam leather.
How fast does it ship?+
Most US orders arrive in 8–18 days. We do not pretend it is two-day shipping. Plan it for the next trip, not tonight.
What plug does it use?+
A US plug. If you live somewhere else you will need an adapter, and we currently ship to the US and Canada.
